Due to Covid-19, we are taking the following steps for all our events taking place at Elm Grove Conference Centre, our dedicated conference space:

• New social distancing capacity and flow – limiting touch points, one-way systems, screens on reception desks, venue and event specific signage, floor stickers and lift limits.
• An enhanced cleaning regime will be in place which includes all handrails, door handles and lift panels which will be disinfected more frequently. Tables and chairs will be disinfected before and after every event, and between each sitting in the catering area.
• Hand sanitizing gel will be readily available throughout the venues and included in our packages.
• Our catering offering will move away from self-service and buffets and offer individual food boxes. Limit touch points such as individual water bottles instead of shared large bottles.
• Free car parking on site and local area so delegates can attend avoiding public transport.
• Changes to our terms and conditions to improve client confidence – flexibility on bookings and our contracts.
